This H5 presentation titled 'Join Home United, Encounter a Different You' encourages exploration and self-discovery with the slogan 'The world is so vast, we are so small. If you don't try, how can you know you can't?' Home United, a diversified enterprise specializing in real estate development, services, and consultation, has grown over 13 years to become a leader in smart community operations. With a vision of 'touching lives in communities,' Home United is committed to developing the most beautiful small town stories, smart communities, and smart city service products. Their project, 'Haitang Flower Language,' spans 80.25 acres with a total building area of 220,000 square meters, located at the gateway to the city of Miyi. Leveraging unique climatic resources, abundant water energy, and fruit resources, this project aims to become a 'livable, workable, enjoyable' city landmark and exemplary community. In 2013, the land was acquired, the project was launched in November 2013, sold out in February 2014, and delivered in August 2015. Another project, 'Haitang Bay,' located by the Anning River, covers 138 acres and approximately 150,000 square meters of construction area, focusing on a health-oriented functional community with a variety of property types including vacation apartments, sports parks, auto camps, and commercial streets.
