Nestled in the city's new core residential area at Linli Chaoyang East Road, near the Sports Bureau, this location is a prime living space surrounded by planning roads, Lianhua Road, the upcoming Yulong Cultural Plaza, and Chaoyang East Road. 'Dongcheng Shijia (Fu Yuan San Qu)' is a masterpiece by Hunan Raitai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., following the success of the previous Fu Yuan phases. It offers perfectly planned, well-equipped, and conveniently located homes with high investment potential and living comfort. With 6 staircase buildings featuring 5 different户型 ranging from 103-135m2 and 4 elevator buildings with 5 different户型 from 101-125m2, the project caters to diverse family needs.
