第一服务久敬佳园服务中心7月份工作汇报:Summer is coming, let's work hard!July property work report in Beijing Kui Jing Jia Garden Property service report on August 4th Work summary: From June 1st to July 31st, our community management team worked hard to provide excellent services to our customers. We completed 1 warm notice and 2 community announcements. We also dealt with the problem of residents littering trash at the entrance of the building and reported it to the city government. Our customer service team received 348 phone calls in July, including a few complaints about water valve replacement, elevator malfunction, and occupied parking spaces. Additionally, we collaborated with a detection agency to perform leak detection and submitted public interest funds applications.
