The festival is organized by the drug master buddha, also known as the drug master like-to-be, the drug master Ruili Light King Like-to-be, the Drug Master Buddha, Doctor Buddha, and Twelve Voluntarily Kings. According to the \u98f7\u989d\u8fb9\u5341\u989d\u8f97\u8def\u533a, Daylight shines on Bodhisattva Buddha and Moonlight shines on Bodhisattva Buddha as two of the main disciples of the drug master like-to-be. Daylight Bodhisattva Buddha and Moonlight Bodhisattva Buddha are among the top bodhisattvas in a vast number of bodhisattvas, and they take turns taking over the throne, and can hold the treasure chest of the drug master like-to-be's true teachings.
