Beijing University Medical Community Construction High-Level Management Talent Training Class Course Background Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the healthcare system and governance capacity have undergone rapid modernization development. The construction of medical communities has become a powerful tool for promoting the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and the Healthy China construction. In 2019, the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly released the Notice on Promoting the Construction of Tight-Integrated County-Level Medical and Health Community and the Guiding Scheme for Implementing Tight-Integrated County-Level Medical and Health Community Construction, selected 567 counties across the country and Zhejiang Province as national tight-integrated county-level medical community construction pilot sites, requiring the initial construction of a high-quality and efficient healthcare service system by early 2020. This brought historic development opportunities for the grassroots medical and health industry, but also posed new challenges to the external mechanism reform and internal group-oriented management and integrated operation of medical communities. At the same time, it raised higher demands on the designers of medical community top-level design and high-level management and operation executives.
