In the spring season, when March arrives, Westergren's buds seem to be awakened by the call of nature. Breaking through the soil, they greet the sun with vitality and vigor. In mid-April, the buds gradually grow into a Westergren vine, which grows longer and stronger. By late April, the vines reach the end of their branches and produce small Westergren fruits. In May, these fruits begin to swell rapidly and take shape. By June, they are fully grown and ripe for harvest.
